How to prepare an effective business plan
presentation
1. Once, you have successfully complete
your business plan, the next step is to prepare a presentation in order to
attract potential investors and lenders
- · A good business plan presentation can work as a strong method in drawing your target audience for winning their trust
- · Make sure your presentation is not more than 25 minutes long, otherwise, the audience may lost their interest
2. Analyze the audience
- · Find out who your audience are and what they want to know about your business
- · You are making a presentation in order to attract them so that they will grant you a loan(pinjaman) or pour in their money in your venture(usaha)
- · Make sure your presentation is according to their requirements (kebutuhan)
- · Get a sense of what impress them
3. Get organized
- · Draw up (susun) an outline of the important points you think can impress your investors

4. Use Visual AIDS
- · it is a good idea to add visual in your presentation
- · visuals will help to grab the attention of your audience in the meeting and it also shows that you have put yur best and given enough time to your presentation
- · it will add creativity to your presentation
5. Keep it simple and succinct
- · A good an effective plan presentation is one that is simple and succinct
- · show everything that you think can attract your audience but in easy language
6. Review your presentation
- · review your presentation many times, cut out lengthly sentences and make sure that the sentences have flow and continue
- · use bullet points and avoid adding more than 5 or 6 point in one slide
7. Practice
- · Practice make man perfect
- · if you want to make a great presentation, the only thing you have to do is practice, practice, and practice !
